Learn about MBM principles for life. Charles Koch is truly inspiring. Office is Pretty good. You can brag to your friends that you work for one of the largest "Privately" held Organization in the World. Low probability of getting laid off due to market conditions.

Clear discrimination between North Indians and South Indians. If you are a North Indian and literally nailed the hiring process, you will still be rejected. In case you are selected then they will start to torture you as soon as you could be replaced. You will observe less than 5% People from North India in this Organization.
