Working environment and culture are too good. All teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is abuse cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are brilliant, appriasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

While the world is pushed into a tumultuous situation, due to the pandemic; Knorr-Bremse has helped me sustain and grow through it and not buckle up and break a sweat about the uncertainty lurking around. We have a work culture that has an open door policy to voice out our opinions and be heard out, having said that the company takes effort for employee engagement and encourages taking some time off work to simply engage and reboot through the work schedule in team building activities and excursions. Throughout the year, that we have been working from home, all our needs were met by the company including the smallest devices was delivered to my residence. There are no equal pay policy at same level position.You can find huge variations between the same grade pay. The work load also vary from person to person,some are overburdened and some are at leisure.
