I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Best place to do job. This is a company where no one fired during covid-19. Managers and co workers are so helping and polite, Sometimes we had to do more work but if u are a professional u have to bear it. I got two times appraisal in same year because they do care for their employees.
