Employees are good and helpful. There are occational celebration of festivals. Recently HR team gets better.

Dislikes

Unnecessary stress on the employees. Less chances to find new scope of work as no such specific discussion or opportunities provided. Management is not helping but creat Unnecessary troubles. In Office rules are very strict.

They give opportunity to all, does not matter whether you are fresher or experience. Best thing is Joseph sir, very kind, understand other feelings.

Dislikes

They think employees are robots, hire for a specific role but force you to wok on other roles. Seen working a python, HTML, wordpress developer as QA. In the name of training you have to depend on google and youtube. If you leave on time even after completing the current day task, manager will keep asking why are you leaving on thetime? Request to Joseph sir <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> * besides only making decision for project should also interfere in management decision because they need your guidance</mark>. * look after manager who do not follow time, and have mantra of "Time to come but not to go" regardless of work pressure / task. * If you have time management issue with employee then make same (to come and go) for all. Great company. Good working environment. Company management is very helpful. You can blindly trust them without any hesitation. Founder / CEO of the company Joseph Ricard is a thorough gentleman. To be honest I learnt a lot working with him.

Dislikes

Team lead Arnab Bose is good for nothing. Useless, hopeless, worthless, rude behavior. Just try to avoid this team lead because you have got nothing to learn from him except for dirty politics and how to miss behave with the others in ABSENCE OF THE MANAGEMENT (Joseph & Supriya). It doesn't make any sense to work with this type of person. You must accept the fact that people like ARNAB BOSE definitely damages the hard earned reputation of a company like Klizo Solutions. Other than that the company is very good both for freshers & experienced. Their projects standards are also high. My good wishes are always with Joseph, Supriya, Adam & Victor. They are really nice people. Wherever I go whatever I do Klizo Solutions will always remain in my memory forever. I have joined there as a fresher and befor work from home started means pre pandemic this was a fabulous company massive learning opportunities many technologies you can work on and so many more things to and a fabulous team to work with that was a great time.

After pandemic some decisions from the upper management team have feel me bad like change the notice period time for 90 days. And installing teramind in the system so they could monitor your activities which is not usually for a company where people were used to getting work freedom this makes me feel very bad and then some others incidents happened and I leave that company but still that I have learn a lot of things from here and make some very good friends worked with best TL and have a very good time with them still I am in touch with everyone from higher management to all my friends colleagues there. There are some issue but I hope they will overcome that....Read More
