Good working environment along with very positive vibes...all the employees and the management is very supportive. Company give good hike, organised some games and events and recently management gives the onsite opportunity for the employees. Overall a good work place.

Work Details

Very interesting..! I struggled a lot in the beginning but slowly I learnt lots of things on the job. I got chance to work in multiple projects helped other employees.

Company is good if you want to start your career. Also management is great and cool colleagues.

Dislikes

Very few holidays, not much opportunity but enough for freshers, no strict actions uf someone makes a mistake.

Employees are good and helpful. There are occational celebration of festivals. Recently HR team gets better.

Unnecessary stress on the employees. Less chances to find new scope of work as no such specific discussion or opportunities provided. Management is not helping but creat Unnecessary troubles. In Office rules are very strict.

Work-Life-balance is very good, Salary always on time, Promotions also on time, You can improve your skills definitely here by working some nice projects and can learn so many new things like Artificial intelligence(AI). Overall company work culture is very good.

Oh! all are 5 stars, Possible? Answer is yes. Yes, I am giving all the 5stars. The only reasons is after 1.5years working here as an Accountant. I never feel any bad vibes here. Klizos Working environment, culture, decipline and the most important thing is directors Mr. and Mrs. Ricard, treats every employees as their kids. They motivate us they guide and teach us.
