Team lead Arnab Bose is good for nothing. Useless, hopeless, worthless, rude behavior. Just try to avoid this team lead because you have got nothing to learn from him except for dirty politics and how to miss behave with the others in ABSENCE OF THE MANAGEMENT (Joseph & Supriya). It doesn't make any sense to work with this type of person. You must accept the fact that people like ARNAB BOSE definitely damages the hard earned reputation of a company like Klizo Solutions. Other than that the company is very good both for freshers & experienced. Their projects standards are also high. My good wishes are always with Joseph, Supriya, Adam & Victor. After pandemic some decisions from the upper management team have feel me bad like change the notice period time for 90 days. And installing teramind in the system so they could monitor your activities which is not usually for a company where people were used to getting work freedom this makes me feel very bad and then some others incidents happened and I leave that company but still that I have learn a lot of things from here and make some very good friends worked with best TL and have a very good time with them still I am in touch with everyone from higher management to all my friends colleagues there.
