The thing that I like most is the amazing work culture here and their people-friendly policies. management is open to employees feedback & suggestions and tries to implement them wherever possible

Everything, specifically senior management starting from CEO himself is an illiterate I believe and then they hire managers from bpo who knows nothing about work and keep on ranting about work, TLs are boot lickers and they are great at nothing but this job. They have no job security they fired people without any notice twice in last 6 months, so do not trust this pathetic startup that will soon become a shutdown zone. Only Salary increment better than market.

Since this is a startup, u can expect 15-17% hike in appraisal otherwise there is nothing to say abt this company. It's management is the worst part. They have no idea how companies work. A lot of partiality can be seen. Favouritism is here. No support, no motivation. Company has funds for party n all but there is nothing for employees motivation.
