All Team Leads, Managers, are unprofessional. They don't know how to talk with colleagues, behaves like a street dogs fighting in the floor and online meeting, Lala company where skills doesn't matter just buttering or politics matter, there is no company ethics and policies for the employee, they tortured the employee till mid nights or early morning twice in a week, no work life balance, they cut the incentive too and gives the excuse your date of joining is not lying in tha parameter and someone who joined with same date got the incentive and when you raised the question then they told you their performance is good wheather he or she got the overall ratings 2.5 or 3 in a year and who got overall rating 4 in a year didn't get any incentive. Totally Lala company please I suggest don't spoil your career after joining this company specially in marketing team. And HR team uffff they are totally useless Upasana who gave you induction and tells you each and everything about the company they will give you this this etc but when the time comes magically it won't happened then you only get the excuses. F&F policy is very poor 90 to 120 days and many of ex employees got their f&f after 150 days and some employees didn't get it.
