Not at all! They dont even care about you and your family health. They havent discovered the the concept of Work from home yet. Company contiously sending message to join forcefully and not even care about COVID-19.

Dislikes

Everything is worst. There is no work life balance. Too much politics. zero satisfaction. Deirector and team leads never listen to the problems. Zero fun! No activities No PF No aminities No soft skill .False commitement regarding salary! Only work and work, no creativity. All team leads and seniors are in frustration and almost everyone search for new job! NO food! lunch break is only last for half and hour! Team lead ia afraid whenever his juniors shows their skills. Overall zero fun its not IT company its should be ITI company. Not suitable to anyone on this planet earth. conclusion : Military like environement with full of torture and mental harassment...Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
