- Higher management is changing frequently - No promotions & flat hikes - No proper performance assessments - No job security. Layoffs happened 3 times in past one year

They had permanent WFH.

The team in which I joined, they harassed me to another level and eventually I was asked to leave organisation. Dont join the team with Lady Manager, they are dumbest creature.

Since it's a remote job, it's good. If you still want to go office, you get free meals. No tension of leaves approval and all. Has a very good work life balance.

Khoros is very flexible with it's employees in terms of work culture, work life balance and opinions. It is one of those companies that really takes care of it's employees and i don't mean just in terms of compensation. The tech stack are awesome, the people are awesome, the culture is awesome. 5 start from my side. Aslo, free food is one of the best things at Khoros as well :)

the salary compensation is not at par to other good companies but then again khoros is small company to begin with. As it keeps growing, things will come naturally i am sure of

Quality engineer job include both manual and automation testing. Most of the times its more manual. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Compensation and salary hikes are not that great. Its not based on the employee performance in the organization.

job insecurity after mass layoff of Bangalore team in Jan 2024 and excessive workload on retained employees. very less hikes and reduced benefits since last 2years software engineers with just 4-5 years of experience are promoted to engineering managers who doesn't have any prior experience in management.
