Vacations needs to be increase. Off hours and weekend work needs to be reduced.

Good work exposure. Good leadership due to flat hierarchy. Compensation is good and competitive. Work Life Balance is okayish. Overall good.

Leaves should be increased as per industry standards. Very less client holidays. No Indian holidays allowed unlike other organizations.
