The seniors discourage people. There is a great level of partiality and favouritism going inside office. They try to implement strict boarding school rules. They say 9-6 is working and weekends off but expect you to work beyond 6 in the evening and work on weekends. They say they award OT but then you have to beg to get it.

They have the capacity to update themselves into ongoing future tec and exposure and opportunity can be good but it was for a short time.
