If any point of time if company comes to know that he is not going to earn much money from you he will terminate you immediately irrespective of how many years you have served the company(10-11 years),by giving the unrealistic reason like you are not performing well ,you don't have that aggression,team bounding ,leadership quality,project management quality or they will ask you to shift to if you are from other then south region ..etc for shorter term its ok if you don't find any other job.This company is not at all good for non tamilian and non Coimbatore....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
