Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

They have not fired me yet and providing some amount of salary (salary is deducted which is considerable due to covid situation but then there is noprovision to pay the deducted salary back once the situation becomes normal) to me with which I can atleast pay my rent and buy some grossery.

Dislikes

No appraisal as promised. Higher management never keep their words, their promises. HR never replied to your first email, we have to remind HR that I have sent you an email and please reply to it. No work life balance at all. Being a junior developer if you are stuck which happens in most of the cases then there is no one to help you at that time. No appraisal from last 1.5 years. Job security is there. But expecting amount of output from employees is crazy.

Dislikes

No appraisals. No comp-offs. And 30% salary cut initially told for 3 months, but extended it without speaking a single word.
