*No work life balance. Extending after working hours is common. *One must be available 24*7 , if you are denying then the same will be reflected in your appraisal. *There is no job security, even if the person is working properly. *The hiring process is very slow, the existing members h ave to extend and come on weekend to complete the task. *Internal politics is very much common especially at the higher levels. *The document approvals are manual including the standard procedures, one must go to different departments for signatures and most of the time people will not be available. *The lab set up doesn't have proper ergonomics. Things are not properly organised. *There is not security for girls if they are extending after working hours. *There is no proper professionalism. *HR policy is not employee friendly. *Canteen facility is also not good....Read More
