Kemwell does have good HR policies which are employee friendly. But work satisfaction is very low as they expect to do some random work which actually does not have any relation with your skills.

Dislikes

Canteen is pathetic, salary is also very low. Moreover the people working are very low IQ people.

*No work life balance. Extending after working hours is common. *One must be available 24*7 , if you are denying then the same will be reflected in your appraisal. *There is no job security, even if the person is working properly. *The hiring process is very slow, the existing members have to extend and come on weekend to complete th e task. *Internal politics is very much common especially at the higher levels. *The document approvals are manual including the standard procedures, one must go to different departments for signatures and most of the time people will not be available. *The lab set up doesn't have proper ergonomics. Its a charges we need to pay for transport depends on how much kilometers we travels and canteen charges are high
