Working under machines is just like a awesome experience.Every day getting new knowledge.one year training is more helping for me.

Dislikes

Girls only have general shift .That is very difficult and company not allowed hostels for girls .So traveling is the biggest problem.

It is a cooperative company so that it has lot of advantages and also it is very friendly company to the locals by giving more opportunities.

Company providing very low salary and the company growth only depends upon on workers, not the head of departments. So authorities have to build at least good environment to the workers
