This is primary school. Work culture is worst for silly reasons the deduct your salary mark incomplete shift of USL. Some senior are disgusting they just know how to target and highlight admins in front of manager. Shift will be for 9.5 hrs but due to work load it would be extended till 11/12 hrs and still there would be no appreciation you will be highlighted for your mistakes and not meeting SLA. Much more dislikes and disadvantages are there for joining this company but I would end this by recommending you not to join this company and waste your time and energy they just know to attract fresher by providing good salary and designation but they work over there is same as call center you won’t be moved to Infrastructure you just need to give application support to customers....Read More
