Dislikes

Sudden Structure changes, No incentives, No Appraisal guarantee, If you are good at work all the work load will be shifted on you from the senior managers and also remember there are no proper appraisals even if you deliver good results

Dislikes

This company is making fool of everyone. They hire interns for full time jobs. They don't hire from internshala in a fair way. They use insider referrences for recruitment. They make fools of every intern by promising them 2-3 working days a week but they actually make them work every day. Never pay their interns for their work. Allthey do is make fools of their employees. Also the office for interns is not well maintained and it is not actually an office rather it is a room in the HR's home....Read More
