Sometimes you just get a good boss and that solves it all, the frustration just vanishes, but after a few months, that also doesn't matter.

Management has no regards for their employees at any level only the VPs and all above them are kept happy, even GMs are not safe here, many upper level people have ego issues, management consistently overcommits and production always lags, HR department is the worst, no increments even after years and years of service untill you just resign, no appraisal, no bonus, no motivation. Company Culture is not so good, if you working at HR department. Everyone is only Blaming everyone. Company is careless about CNC machines. All responsibility is on operator and supervisor. Clean Drinking water is not available for workers. Toilets are so dirty except HR department Toilet. Workers are treated like machines. It's all about KARAMTARA UNIT -2.

Sales & Marketing Head Mr Sanjeev Bhatia and his colleague Mr Ankit Kaushik both don't have sence of managing a team. Sanjeev just keeps on shouting and yelling rather than guiding. These both guys are just worst people to work with. Extreme level of favouritism. I don't recommend anyone working under/with these duo. Loosers!!
