The firm is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. There are no politics in the company. work environment is so good.

Compensation is decent and growth is normal. The work pressure is sometimes high. Sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client called in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire situation and then decision to first come first work come done. As long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
