Work life balance comes once you have spent atleast a year in the company. Work hours are flexible and so is their work from home policy. Worldpanel division has better culture vs insights division.

Dislikes

Salary wont be to the mark and appraisals would be quite low.

Horrible work life balance, toxic work environment mainly by due to incapable and incompetent account directors who can't handle there team and there work. weekend working is a norm ,no salary growth and high attrition

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
