This is a small company. There is no restrictions for work. Despite of Job allocations every staffs is feeing responsible for all activities of the company. Every employee working as a family member.

Work Details

Initially when I have joined the company in Dec,2010 it was very challenging, the company was just one year old and not even started breathing properly. My job was to establish all accounting and internal control system in the company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
