So these reviews are for "BeyondWalls" A company that doest even have its own page. Nothing, Worst Workplace ever, Salaries not on time, Bonus not on time, Toxic work Culture (In fact No culture at all). Unprofessional and Unethical Management. Everything, Work Culture: As earlier mentioned there is no work culture, the HR is just busy listening to founders unethical demands and i believe they are not allowed to utter a word. So no HR. Most of the practices are unethical and unprofessional. The so called management is not aware due to internal rifts between them, they will shout on floor, The MD will say something and then forgets the same and then start abusing on floor and phone(literal abuse, one time he asked his A Team to "Beg for money from clients"). The management is one the most toxic humans, i have ever met in my life. Unprofessional and Unethical: The salaries are never on time, the bonuses are not on time, they have "Hire and fire" policy, No PIP, No excuse, the MD, CEO and their Sidekick(CTO) will one fine morning decide, let fire this guy today and the HR is intimated and for no god reason the employee is fired(off course stating performance as reason), One time they fired an AVP within 2 months, who shifted from another city. They are so unprofessional, he was asked to leave on the same day without an official meeting. Bankrupt: This company is soon going to shut, they don't have money, they have exhausted the investors money on experimenting without any sustainable profit. No one wants to invest in them, and they don't know how to run this business and zero profits. Most of the employees just have to follow these toxic humans(mentioned above) because they will fire you if you won't. Just search for any employees working in "Amura, Selldo, K2V2 and Beyond walls" ask them and they will tell you everything, No one is happy working here, every employee is either searching for a job or has been fired for no reasons. Tp sum it up Worst Company, Toxic, unethical and unprofessional management, No HR, No Profits, No salaries. What more is needed. "Don't Join them, They are really the Worst of humans (management). The company had to hide their identity on public forums, so people don't get to read such reviews and they can ruin someone else careers. Literally nothing. They treat employees like sl@ves during medieval time. As long as you laugh at the lame jokes from the director/ VP level people you'll survive.

Dislikes

They suck at everything. Even for the paid leaves you need to justify and if you're not from the favourites list you'll never get a leave. I will recommend stay unemployed instead of working in k2v2 technologies.
