Company is Good and having both Domestic and International Clients. About company policies, clear and transparent. Staff are co-operate and co-ordinate. Every month in last week, company organize cake and birthday celebration for the employees.

Dislikes

During this work tenure, I learned some good things from the company that client is not longer to suffer for any kind of help require. Provide support to client within 2-3 hours. Coming to Salary / Appraisal, management provide less increment hike and it's take time to provide appraisal. JVS teammates are co-ordinate and co-operate.

Truly speaking, I will not recommend anyone to work here. Politics, No Increment, No new work. Just do one work repeatedly. At the time of Increment company suddenly start crying we don't have any work take CHILLAR or leave the company.

I worked 2 yrs at JVS. I was excited to learn new things but here there is no exposure, no new things learning, management the biggest issue, I thought my experience is just increasing but knowledge is decreasing, not so good increment & many more....
