Professional employee and Mazdoor. There is no difference. Salaries are very low no increment on time. Work pressure is High. Product are not changeing nor pricing changing only they as sales. There is no improvement on services. Management politics. Manager language is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up thesales. The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.

Earning is Good if you are really workaholic

Dislikes

Lots of Politics. No Work culture. You need someone on your upperhand to be safe and sound. No HR rules and regulations. No work timings. Working almost 12 hours a day. Lots of abusive words and misbehaviour by Manager. No security of Job even after Top Performer in company. Lots of harrasment from Manager without any reason.

Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

Dislikes

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. New employees taken only to generate leads and get fired after 1 or 2 months....dont spoil your career in this company ... totally Waste of time... No support by anyone.... You will be called in morning at 8:30 in main office and to leave field after 8:30 .... Full day concall on zoom , WhatsApp, google by city head and all other managers one by one asking for sale ...if you don't then you'll be marked Lop ... Well, if you want to learn Politics before joining Politics , you are welcomed here, All Managers are Ladies am proud of them how effortlessly they support each other just to have talk behind their backs, and bring them down. and the work culture is horrible.

Dislike of nothing just, they will ask you to bring sales even they them self can't do it, your personal life would be f#ckd up, No phones allowed, they will take your phone and locked it in locker. they will make you seat in office if you don't bring sale, they will insult you. call you with names, They will just pressurize you to work non stop as if you are money printing machine.
