1. Great Development Team: JustAnswer does have a great software engineering team that is very skilled and knowledgeable. You can have a good learning curve if you get good projects. 2. Good Salary: JustAnswer offers a very good salary as per the market standards. 3. Flexible work timings and WFH: You can work on your own time and permanent WFH is offered to all engineers. 4. Team outings and get-togethers: Despite the WFH model, all employees meet every few months at Bengaluru office for team building and fun activities....Read More

1. Job Security: Job security is a problem here because everything is driven by the SF leadership team and Indian managers and team does not hold much power. They don't even include the India team in the decision-making process. 2. Long Work hours: Work-life balance is quite difficult to find but it depends on the team in which you are working. 3. Leadership: Leadership is quite rigid, especially in India. They will be very critical about every small thing even if you perform well. I don't find the leadership in India supporting their teams. 4. Long Meetings: Since teams are working from different locations, a lot of time is spent in meetings and mostly at odd hours(late night) which makes it even more difficult to maintain work-life balance....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
