Talent does not go waste only you need to be always motivated for self initiation. HR is not very strict and never stands with employees when there is native workers employees involved. Appraisal system is little confusing and in some cases people not getting due increment, I find transparency is missing in appraisal. Office politics is very limited and seniors are supportive in general. Engineering and Quality team is good but only drawback is not held accountable for miseries many times. The company culture recently spoiled and currently no job safety in place. Also others inefficiency will be blamed to unworldly person. Only in time is important and no out timings confirm. What ever the timing it needs to stay back and complete. Then also will be blamed at final. Lot of politics in the work culture. Working here rather working with Modi Ji is best.
