Sky is the limit if you can dedicate your 24 hours for 365 days a year. The company multiplies each year and expands into new domains.

Dislikes

1) Customer centricity is missing in the DNA of JSW. If you are working in customer related department you will feel like fighting a lost case each and everyday. 2) There is a lack of collaboration among senior management executives which leads to total chaos down the line and hence deliverance becomes a daunting task. 3) The resistance to not become a employee friendly company can be felt.

Salary of an JE is too low than that of a GET , where the max nof of job attended by a JE Deduction is more than the annually increment. The canteen facility is too bad inside the plant.

Absolute worst work culture, no work life balance, leaves are only on show in the paper, there is no concept of investing in the employee for upskilling training, people are not professional, promotions are based on sycophancy, some people are overloaded with work while some are just coasting which makes it worse for the overloaded folks.

It's just for experience purposes we need to work, since three to fours years company was been decorated after corana. Rules & regulations are not standard & suddenly implementation & after some times it will decorated & not keeping constant & Hitler policies.
