Deputy / Manager - Direct Taxation

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. He should have knowledge of Direct Taxation and possess experience in taxation, attending Auditors, also having knowledge of Direct Taxes and have worked in ERP-SAP.
2. Working closely with the key stakeholders and ensuring overall tax compliance.
3. Ensuring statutory tax compliance under all applicable tax laws in India.
4. Handling various Audits like Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Due Diligence from different tax perspectives.
5. Dealing with internal and external auditors, Tax and other regulatory authorities.
6. Handling tax cases/appeals/litigations with Government Departments.
7. Responsible for identifying and implementing effective tax processes and controls.
8. Providing high-quality tax advisory support to Company' s business units and support functions.
9. Presenting timely Tax MIS and Compliance details to the Leadership team.
10. End-to-end compliances of Direct Taxes.
