The only USP they sell internally is that they have good job security.

High office politics. Babu and old lala culture.. Boss is always right. Top is always right. Yes man culture. Very toxic work and hierarchy culture. You are supposed to say sir sir to everyone. Anyone senior in position you have to pray to him as God. Typical lala mentality

Sky is the limit if you can dedicate your 24 hours for 365 days a year. The company multiplies each year and expands into new domains.

Dislikes

1) Customer centricity is missing in the DNA of JSW. If you are working in customer related department you will feel like fighting a lost case each and everyday. 2) There is a lack of collaboration among senior management executives which leads to total chaos down the line and hence deliverance becomes a daunting task. 3) The resistance to not become a employee friendly company can be felt.

There is no personal life.they pay for 8hrs but 24hrs have to work .. come home at 8 sometimes 9 after that also have to work on phone there is no time for family life 24hrs calls hetrick job no proper promotion or increments ..no additional benefits from company they wnt give anything for employees .no extra benefit.. have pay for everything there for stay ,current bill, water bill,gym whatever is there in campus we have to pay for no proper medical insurance also n for there new company iis started for that also they debit amount as a donation from us , no proper hospital nothing is free for jsw employees ,they wnt provide anything for employees as Tata steel care for there employees... comparing Tata steel they have so much of benefit to there employees in jsw they wnt care for employees...Read More
