There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.

Some politics ,ethical issue,own township has very slow process for all essencial service and Room allotment process also lengthy or time taken. Upper managment helps only those staff who are having link or best performer sense.

Salary of an JE is too low than that of a GET , where the max nof of job attended by a JE Deduction is more than the annually increment. The canteen facility is too bad inside the plant.

1. Not employee oriented 2. Monarchy in policies implementation 3. Higher management poor concern towards the employees 4. Lot of internal politics and no promotions 5. HR is least bothered about the welfare or any issue in work place 6. Food in canteens is not at all good 7. Incentives are deducted frequently due to x reason they don't even disclose why. 8.
