The list of dislikes is pretty long . 1. There is no reward and recognition scheme to encourage . 2. The appraisal cycle is never on time. 3. The salary structure revisions are not regular. 4. Pay is not at per with market. 5. Growth is very slow. 6. Learning opportunities are available but inaccessible . 7. There is no innovation. 8. There is huge inertia . 9.
