You will never be satisfied with your sellery increament as per their policy and there is no other benefits and specially designation will not change as I worked for 5 yrs.

It's really Great experience to work here. Because Company Owner really great to understand employee problems and some or Little bit problems every where but JSG is good to work. I am happy to the part of this Company.

Dislikes

Canteen Food Quality need to improve, i spent approx 1.5 year but no yearly or functions or party for worker level need to work on this. Overall Good work environment 👍

For learning it is great but the working environment is not good, If any suggestions give that completely denied. After few months the growth will not happen
