Work life balance. Very repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

JPMC is one of the best employers. The work life Balance is good. Senior management is really great. Employee benefits are another one to be called out. Over all a great experience. I would love to work for this for this firm again.

One of the worst culture now . I suggest nobody should never ever work here . Full of politics and managers are very very dumbassholes . They care only about there job safety and security. They can terminate when ever they want and doest give or take any explanation . I love the hyderabad office more , it was a pleasure being in that office .. we had work and fun .. it was always fun to be there .. there are teams who doesnt support but office is known for its credibility.

It was good at first, when I joined, good WFH benefits, WFH equipment reimbursement. Good culture.

Salary is decent compared to industry average. Also, You don’t need to worry about the job security unless you are really bad. Work life balance depends on which line of business and what team are you working.

Dislikes

Promotions are too slow compared to your peers in US or UK. A person will stay as an Analyst or Associate for years and your peer will become a Vice President or even an Executive Director within the same timelines. Your promotions are hardly based on your performance and mostly based on how much good relationship you have with your manager and how much the management has endorsed you as a brand.
