No work-life balance. Complex tasks are given to employees to complete in a short duration of time deliberately so that they have to work even on the weekends and holidays. No appreciation for your efforts. No matter how good you perform, they'll say this much is the least expected from you. Fire employees as they like. Use petty tricks to extract extra working hours out of the employees without compensation in the name of "opportunity"....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
