I really like work culture of the company as company always helps and guide for personal development. Company has very strong and science base product line.

I really appreciate company's approach towards employees but some how I feel there is gap between higher management and base line employees and HR is also not effective in this. and I feel approach towards customer also need so much refinements as one unsatisfied customer may lead to lose many opportunity in market. I feel manager is not have value of our suggestions and dose not have any growth plan for us which creates unsatisfactory work culture....Read More
