No work life balance.As well as culture are too bad, from early morning they started VC/concall and it's continue going till 11pm.Even on Sunday they make schedule for calling...TA system is too bad. Too much headache and frustration here.

The work culture is really Bad, The Senior level/management level are pushing to their lower management's like anything. same is purging till last level. No Synch from higher level to low level. not proper communication channels and always expecting high output by giving low input in terms of Information or Payments.

One should not join specially Kolkata circle if there is no other option left, State seniors Shubhendu Bhattacharjee never follows office work hours and expects others to extend work hours as per his suitability, worst leader I have ever seen in my 10yrs career. They will ruin your personal life and mental health. Even after all reports are available he will ask to in excel again and stress all team members. salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

Only senior's are take advantage for promotion by politics. I lost my 6 years in this company. I have achieved many Exam but not seen by management because they are blind.
