Jis din Work pressure nahi rehta hai... Wo din work life balance maintain ho jata hai.... Casual/medical leave mil jata hai.... Managers are not boring type.... Work pressure badhna... Ghatna.... Aise hi chalta hai. Job security bhi thikthak hai.

Every alternate day is big day. Activation chaiye activation badhao yehi laga rehta hai. Employee Benefits na ke barabar. Managers se bad language kabhi bhi sunna pad skta hai. Target itna huge hota hai ki achcha khasa planning hone ke baad bhi impossible lagta hai. Target maan-garant de diye jate hai... Market ki current situation ko na dekhke. Anytime bematlab con call hone ki chance laga rehta hai. Executive's Application development is very poor. Less potential idea jaan bujkar mandatory thope diya jata hai.
