Nothing to learn, full of politics, lot are get job on basis of reference from higher management

Dislikes

No proper timing, even have to work 18 hours a day, even Sunday also, so much pressure, everyday con call most of the time, simply listen to them if that is not our scope of work also, operation and maintenance team also has to join in sales, for field engineers no proper reimbursement, no DA. If you service your whole life here also no hikes and no promotion. Your career life will be wasted here, even no farewell for resigned employees who worked for 4-5 years....Read More

Work Details

Worked day and night, but still no one recognises. Maintained KPA within limit. Have to fight for it always, no time for family, no entertainment, no celebrations, no farewell. Felt very bad. My career life water here.
