Irrespective you have work or not, you are not allowed to leave early (monthly 3 exceptions are allowed) Also the Mumbai office has over 30 buildings over 500 acers! Toxic old school work culture with 0 growth! No structure in the company! Just works on the principal "Upar se order aaya hai! karna padega asap!" 0 professionalism and no senior leader is open to change or share ownership. Imagine a company where there are teams in which Agile way of working is a STRICT NO because leaders cant share ownership.

Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

Dislikes

No vision for career growth of employees. Promotions are rare and very difficult for some reason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. There are a lot of good and talented people to work with and a lot to learn from them. There is good culture in some of the teams.

Dislikes

Leadership people are arrogant and full of ego. You will not get visibility upward to the management. Most of the work are only directional and very less to do some critical thinking and apply your brains. It also depends upon which team you are in. Most of the teams have the culture that I mentioned above.

Central teams (Mumbai_HQ) and their culture & overall systems was very nice. I personally appreciate that.

Dislikes

Wrong management system by Mr. Satya Narayan Das (Area Head_Odisha) along with Mr. Bikash Biswal (JCM_ Bargarh JC). Employees resigned on every 2-3 months duration after joining process due to only above-mentioned peoples wrong management system and nepotism.
