1. Worst Culture I have ever seen, Its a business with Sir and Ji culture. If you don’t follow u will be left behind 2. Bad CTC structure, Insurance and gratuity all included in CTC 3. Its 9 hours 5 days Mandatory, in case any emergency you need to prove it for leave or WFH 4. No foods no cabs no extra benefits 5. There will be no fixed date of hike and promotions. Barely 5 to 7 percent when you do good and lik your boss AAA. 6. No promotion, no recognition, no team lunch no outing no nothing 7. You can be PIP or fired if you disagree with Manager . HR has no power 8. Bad leave policies, they are having least leave across jio 9. Just work and get CTC. Your CTC is will be same after 4yrs as you wont be earning anything I.e hike or promotions 10.
