There is nothing to like about this company. As they are very much capable in giving you less salary , extraordinary political skills , degrading & demotivating employees . Also there is no support from managers side no matters what your fortay or department is all about . They always believe in blame game and sugar coating . Theremind set is really cheap ( talking about the people who are working here ) they are always interested in kiska kisse chakkar chlrha hai etc etc. If you are talking to your male friend and having a bro code type bond then all buddeh to jawan will starts teasing you & makes the environment negative for you to survive . They will take 3,4 round of interview and if you are selected they will say firstly you have to resign from your company then only I will give you offer letter.. which they will never give you ....
