Worst unprofessional company I have ever worked. Whole politics game plays by management including HR, Manager, Team lead. There is no value of hardworking and educated employees. What Jindal X love is to hire uneducated people, then giving these uneducated people the higher position. This is very obvious Jindal X will be shut downin the upcoming years. Everything, there is no opportunity. They just take the advantage of employees skill like britisher and then use them. Right now slavery is going on in Jindal X. No wonder these are our India's business and these kind of small organization can't even compete with MNC's.

There is nothing which can be liked. Worst company! Not employee centric at all. No PF, no Gratuity, work pressure and mannerless and oppressive managers, No growth at all. There is no job security. I have even seen 11 managers in 11 months which means either they leave the company or company remove them. If there had been some markings in minus then I would have selected that.

Dislikes

I don't like anything in that company. You might get threaten to be fired and will be scolded everyday by stupid leaders. No growth, no respect and no money.
