I requested mostly for work from home. At I get it in terms of some conditions.

Supervisor related problems mostly faced. He did not approach me in a good manner in terms of logically. Also did not have any chance of promotions. As he promoted teams where they did not know any of the things. Where I trained in terms of some data, validations, presentations. My supervisor just present it infront of client and also did not recognise me in any happy situations

In hand salary was although very low, but comes on time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Leaves are not approved even if we are unwell. Only positive thing is career growth BUT without proper increment and appraisal. They want you to give them more outputs at low salaries.

If I talk about my journey in JindalX, it's marvelous. I have been working with this company for 2 years. I joined here as chat executive and promoted as Quality Analyst. The best part is core support from JindalX in lockdown period, where they didn't deduct single penny from salary and provided job security. Special thanks to HR team and management!

Company used to have good IJP procedure in the past.

Long working hours, no work life balance(even though we are QAs and dont have such break timings however we are being disturbed during our break or on our week off as well). QAs are like all rounders. Management asked them to login anytime like chat agents whenever there is a chat volume and this is mandatory on all festivals. This makes you realize you were better as an agent. QAs were being asked to do TLs responsibilities. Like queue management. We were being pushed to such extent that even we remained busy for those 10:30 hour shift. INR 400 were the wifi allowance charge during wfh when the minimum rates for normal wifi speed is 600 INR. They don't have pf deduction policy, no mediclaim/insurance facility. A labor gets more facility than this. HR department is pathetic. You always have to escalate your issue every month...Read More

They didn't release us during pandemic and we were lucky enough to be onboard during the crisis

Not getting compensation/arrears on time. Less appraisal considering 2 years of wait and the delivered performance.

Its different since the start of work from home and I really cannot comment how it is going for people working in different organisation but not getting your compensation/arrears on time sometimes makes it difficult.
