The mentors are really helpful and they make the atmosphere acceptable for the trainees. I was a fresher, I was very nervous the first day but I really liked my trainer as she made us all comfortable throughout the sessions. Overall environment is awesome at Jindal X

There is nothing to like about this company. As they are very much capable in giving you less salary , extraordinary political skills , degrading & demotivating employees . Also there is no support from managers side no matters what your fortay or department is all about . They always believe in blame game and sugar coating . Theremind set is really cheap ( talking about the people who are working here ) they are always interested in kiska kisse chakkar chlrha hai etc etc. If you are talking to your male friend and having a bro code type bond then all buddeh to jawan will starts teasing you & makes the environment negative for you to survive . There hobby is to mind the business of others instead of minding there own business . By the color of your clothes they Will tell you on your face ki chakkar hindu se h ya muslim se hai . In short paisa dene ki aukaat Nhi h inki baatein or gyaan lamba chauda hai or professionalism pr gyaan bhut pelaa jata h yha Lekin khud m koi professionalism ka P bhi nhi hai . They will take 3,4 round of interview and if you are selected they will say firstly you have to resign from your company then only I will give you offer letter.. which they will never give you .... Hr team don't know any rules and regulation ... They will waste your time... Company is good and since they do have end to end clients then learning will be high. Even they do have good training and learning or development teams.
