Very organised and well reach clientale. Management is highly determined.

Dislikes

Management does not understand High level politics played by ex-director and current director. They all work here for personal gain here. Teams are not appreciated, only seniors take increments, promotions and other credits. Joke (H) Resource Team here, head HR is always away not only from office, but from the city. Personal privilege is given importance and management is kept in dark.

Too much Hidden policies, bonus is released after management approval only no justification. depend what you look for in life. if you want much success, fast progress, tech skills, this is your place. I have made progress here from fresher to team lead in a short time, 5X pay in just a few years. I cant work anywhere with what i learn here. very feminist company lot of women, diverse cultures also.

Dislikes

but if you want easy going, WFH, lots of easy days and breaks, dont come here. This company deals with massive clients, its a demanding environment and they will know very fast if youre not serious.

I have spent 2,5 years in this company and it the worst experience I have had in my professional career. Although the market supposed to be exciting and undergoing tremendous growth, the upper management of this company is full of LIES and empty promises both to clients and towards employees.

I have been a sales Director for JIBE for several years, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product is an absolute disaster, riddled with bugs and missing, crucial features leading to endless complaints from frustrated clients who are often ready to leave. Support from the development team is nonexistent and management simply doesn't care to fix the issues leaving us on the front lines to deal with the fallout. The work involvement is equally toxic with heavy-handed micromanagement, and another spirit filled with tension and disrespect. Employees are regularly subjected to verbal abuse and aggressive communication creating a deeply demoralizing atmosphere. To make matters worse, we are expecting to work long hours without overtime pay and salary. Payments are frequently delayed, showing how little the company values its people. Promises for improvement from management, or just empty words, and heighten over among clients and staff shows how ineffective their leadership really is. This is organization less but a more like a political firm.There is more much politics in this company than in Indian parliament.The senior here are the most irritating person.They don't even help their juniors and also new comers.They just target the new comers.They pass wrong rumours about the target employee.

Company culture is toxic. The management is a bunch of liars that simply cannot take responsibility of anything and only pass the blame downwards. Lies lies and more lies to everyone working there. The company is poised to be sold to an external fund and the management team will exit.
