Working at JiBe is a nightmare. The management is toxic, unprofessional, and abusive, with constant harassment and intimidation, especially toward Indian employees. Salaries are low, turnover is sky-high, and projects are always delayed because experienced developers keep quitting. HR is completely incompetent and even leaks employee salary details to their IT friends. Instead of fixing issues, management retaliates against those who speak up. Clients are constantly misled, and bugs never get fixed. If you’re considering working here or signing a contract with JiBe, run in the opposite direction.
