All real reviews about company are removing by HR team. Only good reviews putting again and again. Management telling HR to do this. They don’t want people to know real condition inside company. Also, you will not see anyone from company on LinkedIn or social sites. You know why? Because management not allowing. They scare if you see better job, you will go there. I have spent over 1 years at Jibe as a Software tester here are the aspects i appreciate 1. Salary is consistently paid on time. 2. the company offers opportunities to fresher even , though the pay is far lower then the industry standards. 3. Tech stacks are suitable for both beginner and experienced professional, providing valuable learning opportunities.

1. The Appraisal cycles quite lengthy, averaging around 1 year and 7 months, when appraisal do occur , they are often low accompanied by condition like a 1 or 2 year commitment. For fresher the first appraisal comes with 2 year commitment, followed by 1 year commitment for each subsequent commitment. 2.There is a high employee turn over rate , with many leaving within just a few month. 3. the work culture is toxic with no work life balance. Extended hour and weekend are the norm, and there is no compensation for the for the extra time worked. 4. Office politics is pervasive and difficult to tolerate. 5. Organization uses extreme micromanagement ,Management is constantly breathing your neck, creating a stressful environment. if you are coming from an organization that value work life balance , you may not find this place suitable. However you are mainly looking for employment and can tolerate the conditions, this could be an option to consider....Read More

We work remotely and plan to go to hybrid soon, so if you're a person with career aspirations, come join us.
