depend what you look for in life. if you want much success, fast progress, tech skills, this is your place. I have made progress here from fresher to team lead in a short time, 5X pay in just a few years. I cant work anywhere with what i learn here. very feminist company lot of women, diverse cultures also.

but if you want easy going, WFH, lots of easy days and breaks, dont come here. This company deals with massive clients, its a demanding environment and they will know very fast if youre not serious.

This is a terrible working environment. The project department is the worst one. The department director is unfit to manage any team. Most team members are resigning after less a year and always due to the manager’s behavior. The teams is asked to stay in office until late hours without any notice. When any resource asks to leave for home , the reply is always that there is an “emergency” and that we need to work harder. I have not received any OT bonus, despite working almost all days 12 hours per day. She has forced many employees to leave this company because she is so worse. I have spent 2,5 years in this company and it the worst experience I have had in my professional career. Although the market supposed to be exciting and undergoing tremendous growth, the upper management of this company is full of LIES and empty promises both to clients and towards employees.

I have been a sales Director for JIBE for several years, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product is an absolute disaster, riddled with bugs and missing, crucial features leading to endless complaints from frustrated clients who are often ready to leave. Support from the development team is nonexistent and management simply doesn't care to fix the issues leaving us on the front lines to deal with the fallout. The work involvement is equally toxic with heavy-handed micromanagement, and another spirit filled with tension and disrespect. Employees are regularly subjected to verbal abuse and aggressive communication creating a deeply demoralizing atmosphere. To make matters worse, we are expecting to work long hours without overtime pay and salary. Payments are frequently delayed, showing how little the company values its people. Promises for improvement from management, or just empty words, and heighten over among clients and staff shows how ineffective their leadership really is. The company is losing clients all the time, you will work on new projects immediately without any training from senior people. Most employees resign after 1-2 years, you don’t have any experienced workers to watch over you all the time. New clients do not require any hard work, for 12 months you just build “requirements” as in the case of Seaspan, Blue Planet shipping, and Sloman Neptune. The culture is very bad and wrongfully. The management team is all Israel and Greeks that shout and intimidate everyone located in India. I have witnessed and recorded many meetings with racist comments towards hard working Indian employees for evidence. If you ask for a hike, they dismiss you, instead just provide with notice anddemand a better salary afterwards. The management is the worst, you can find evidence everywhere of how they behave. Good professionals are leaving the company. Reason - Not Management, but because of Managers. Management is busy with clients, unless and until managers take a stand, the resignation of good people will continue here. Despite a beautiful office, because of internal politics, it creates a negative environment. Some people have proximity to the director, then it leads chaos on the floor. Neither HR head nor Director come to office. But they force everyone to come to office, else salaries are deducted. Company culture is toxic. The management is a bunch of liars that simply cannot take responsibility of anything and only pass the blame downwards. Lies lies and more lies to everyone working there. The company is poised to be sold to an external fund and the management team will exit.
