The company is losing clients all the time, you will work on new projects immediately without any training from senior people. Most employees resign after 1-2 years, you don’t have any experienced workers to watch over you all the time. New clients do not require any hard work, for 12 months you just build “requirements” as in the case of Seaspan, Blue Planet shipping, and Sloman Neptune. The culture is very bad and wrongfully. The management team is all Israel and Greeks that shout and intimidate everyone located in India. I have witnessed and recorded many meetings with racist comments towards hard working Indian employees for evidence. If you ask for a hike, they dismiss you, instead just provide with notice anddemand a better salary afterwards. The management is the worst, you can find evidence everywhere of how they behave. I have spent 2,5 years in this company and it the worst experience I have had in my professional career. Although the market supposed to be exciting and undergoing tremendous growth, the upper management of this company is full of LIES and empty promises both to clients and towards employees.

I have been a sales Director for JIBE for several years, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product is an absolute disaster, riddled with bugs and missing, crucial features leading to endless complaints from frustrated clients who are often ready to leave. Support from the development team is nonexistent and management simply doesn't care to fix the issues leaving us on the front lines to deal with the fallout. The work involvement is equally toxic with heavy-handed micromanagement, and another spirit filled with tension and disrespect. Employees are regularly subjected to verbal abuse and aggressive communication creating a deeply demoralizing atmosphere. To make matters worse, we are expecting to work long hours without overtime pay and salary. Payments are frequently delayed, showing how little the company values its people. Promises for improvement from management, or just empty words, and heighten over among clients and staff shows how ineffective their leadership really is. 1. In JiBe I would like share to that if any person needs to work in a charity environment he/she can defiantly join over here. 2. In JiBe your manager or your lead will never appreciate you but other team member will defiantly share you the proper appreciation.

1. In JiBe there are no any schedule time of increment. 2. HRs are don't have any power to implement there decision otherwise there increment will be stuck. 3. Managers are not ready to listen there team member voice. They are always busy to impress upper management. 4. Leads are also selecting by managers and there mindset is not to know the module difficulties and obstacles facing by the team member. They needs more and more output from the team. 5. The important works of leads to do the manipulation of internal discussion then deliver it to manager. 6. A junior software test engineer (salary 1.3k) will do overburden work that a senior software test engineer (salary 50k) 7. Strict time to join in office (09:00) but schedule time to leave from office. Defiantly it will be after 08:00 o'clock. 8. Managers and leads are don't have 1% of module knowledge. 9.
